Cancellation Policy

At Awwal, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email Address or Phone Number used for the order

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom or Personalized Products

Orders for customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Cancellation by Awwal

We reserve the right to cancel any order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product becoming unavailable or out of stock
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Delivery restrictions or logistical issues

If your order is cancelled by Awwal after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled before shipment will not incur any charges.
